ORDER PROCESSING TIME
At Amatrine, cosmetic products are freshly formulated and prepared Monday through Friday to help ensure optimal quality and freshness. Orders are typically formulated, processed, and prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days.
Orders are shipped on weekends once processing is complete. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• United States: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–20 business days

• Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

ORDER TRACKING

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Amatrine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will gladly assist you in working with the carrier to locate your shipment whenever possible.

DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING
If your order arrives damaged:
