DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Clear photographs of the item and packaging
Claims submitted without photographs or outside the 48-hour reporting period may not be eligible for a replacement, refund, exchange, or store credit.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Eligible jewelry, handbags, belts, and accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided that:
• The item is unused and unworn
• Original tags (if applicable) are attached
• Original packaging is included
• The item is returned in resalable condition
Amatrine reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable unless item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Final sale items
• Clearance items
• Promotional or specially discounted items

RETURN PROCESS

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Amatrine is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
REFUNDS
Once an approved return is received and inspected, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• 5–10 business days for refund processing
• Additional time for your financial institution to post the refund
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges may be available for eligible items, subject to product availability.
We also replace items that are:

In certain circumstances, store credit may be offered at our discretion.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled before processing or shipment. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, it cannot be cancelled.
