At Amatrine, we are committed to providing high-quality cosmetic and beauty products. Due to the hygienic and safety-sensitive nature of cosmetics, all cosmetic and beauty products sold by Amatrine are final sale.
By placing an order with Amatrine, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
COSMETIC & BEAUTY PRODUCTS
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all cosmetic and beauty products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Lipsticks
• Lip glosses
• Foundations
• Concealers
• Blush products
• Eyeshadow products
• Eyeliners
• Beauty tools and applicators
• Opened or used beauty products
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your cosmetic product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

• Clear photos of the item and packaging
Claims submitted without photographs or outside the 48-hour reporting period may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.
HANDBAGS & BELTS
Eligible handbags and belts may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided that:
• The item is unused and unworn
• Original tags are attached
• Original packaging is included
• The item is returned in resalable condition
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
• Cosmetic and beauty products
• Opened or used products
• Final sale items
• Clearance items
• Gift cards
• Swimwear, lingerie, and hygiene-sensitive items
RETURN PROCESS FOR HANDBAGS & BELTS
To request a return authorization, please contact:

• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please note:
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service
• Amatrine is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
REFUNDS
Once an approved return is received and inspected, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow:
• 5–10 business days for refund processing
• Additional time for your financial institution to post the refund
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items that are:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrectly shipped
In certain circumstances, store credit may be offered at our discretion.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled before processing or shipment. Once an order has entered production, processing, or shipment, it cannot be cancelled.
FAIR USE POLICY
To protect our business and customers, Amatrine reserves the right to limit or refuse returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of this policy, excessive return activity, or unusual purchasing behavior.
